PROGRAMME 
RALLYE NATIONAL VCF 14 15 16 JUIN 2019
Vendredi 14 juin : 25€ ( repas du soir)
- Accueil des Vespistes à partir de 13h00 au magasin Vespa Loisirs Quai André Bertrand 08600 Givet.
- Rendez-vous Chez Vespa Loisirs à 19h00 pour le départ de notre repas. Repas en commun pour 25€par personne (apéritif, eau et 2 verres de vin compris), Réservation obligatoire à l’inscription . Ambiance de folie toute la nuit.
Samedi 15 juin: 45€ ( balade + soirée de gala) ou 25€ (balade uniquement)
- 08h30 Accueil des Vespistes et petit-déjeuner. Quai André Bertrand
- 09h30 bénédiction des Vespa.
- 10h00 départ balade ( un camion d’assistance suivra le cortège avec un stock de mélange 2T ( 2,50€ le litre ).
- Retour sur le site pour les animations et possibilité de se restaurer ( prévoir t’shirt + short ou maillot de bain et serviette de bain pour les animations).
- Pour les PrésidentsFrançais l’A.G. se fera directement après la balade. 15h-18h
- 18h00 rendez-vous au domaine de Mon Bijou pour le vin d’honneur offert par la ville de Givet, suivi du repas de gala, remise des trophées et soirée dansante.
Dimanche 16juin : 25€ ( balade)
- 08h30 Accueil des Vespistes et petit-déjeuner. Quai André Bertrand
- 10h00 départ balade ( un camion d’assistance suivra le cortège avec un stock de mélange 2T ( 2,50€ le litre ).
- Photo de groupe des Vespistes à la Citadelle de Charlemont.
- Retour sur le site vers 14h00 et sandwiches Arrosticini de chez Kasauria offert pour les Vespistes.
- Élection de la plus belle Vespa avec remise du trophée.
- 18h00 clôture des festivités du week-end.

Friday 14 june : 25€ ( dinner)
⦁ Reception of the Vespisti starting 13h00 at the shop « Vespa Loisirs », Quai André Bertrand 08600 Givet.
⦁ Appointment at «Vespa Loisirs» at 7 pm to leave together to the place of our evening meal. Dinner at 25 € per person (aperitif, water and 2 glasses of wine included).
Mandatory reservation at registration. Guaranteed big fun all night.
Saturday 15 june: 45€ ( tour + gala evening) or 25€ (tour only)
⦁ 08h30 Reception of the Vespisti and breakfast at Quai André Bertrand
⦁ 09h30 benediction of the Vespas.
⦁ 10h00 departure of the tour ( an assistance truck will follow the group with a stock of 2T-mix( 2,50€ per liter)).
⦁ Back to the site at the Quai André Bertrand for the entertainments and the possibility to eat something (provide T-shirt + shorts or swimsuit and bath towel for entertainment).
⦁ For the French presidents, the G.A. takes place right after the tour, 15h-18h
⦁ 18h00 Appointment at the domain of “Mon Bijou” for the reception, offered by the city of Givet, followed by the gala dinner, the presentation of the trophies and the dance party.
Sunday 16june : 25€ ( tour)
⦁ 08h30 Reception of the Vespisti and breakfast. Quai André Bertrand
⦁ 10h00 departure of the tour ( an assistance truck will follow the group with a stock of 2T-mix( 2,50€ per liter)).
⦁ Photo of the group Vespisti at the Citadel of Charlemont.
⦁ Return to the site at the Quai at approx. 14h00 and sandwiches Arrosticini from Kasauria offered to the Vespisti.
⦁ Election of the most beautiful Vespa with presentation of the trophy.
⦁ 18h00 closing festivities of the weekend.

Vrijdag 14 juni : 25€ ( avondmaaltijd)
⦁ Ontvangst van de Vespisti vanaf 13h00 aan de winkel « Vespa Loisirs », Quai André Bertrand 08600 Givet.
⦁ Afspraak bij « Vespa Loisirs » om 19h00 om samen te vertrekken naar de plek van ons avondmaal. Gezamenlijk avondeten voor 25€ per persoon (aperitief, water en 2 glazen wijn inbegrepen), Verplichte reservatie bij de inschrijving. Ambiance verzekerd tot een stuk in de nacht.
Zaterdag 15 juni: 45€ ( rondrit + gala-avond) of 25€ (enkel de rondrit)
⦁ 08h30 Ontvangst van de Vespisti met ontbijt op de kade Quai André Bertrand
⦁ 09h30 Zegening van de Vespa’s.
⦁ 10h00 vertrek rondrit ( een assistentie vrachtwagen volgt de groep met een voorraad 2T-mengeling ( 2,50€ de liter )).
⦁ Terug naar de kade Quai André Bertrand voor de animaties en de mogelijkheid iets te eten (voorzie een T-shirt en short, zwembroek of badpak en een badhanddoek) .
⦁ Voor de Franse voorzitters, de A.V. begint onmiddellijk na de rondrit, 15h-18h
⦁ 18h00 bijeenkomst op het domein van “Mon Bijou” voor de receptie aangeboden door de stad Givet, gevolgd door het Gala Diner, uitreiking van de trofeeën en de dansavond.
Zondag 16 juni : 25€ ( rondrit)
⦁ 08h30 Ontvangst van de Vespisti met ontbijt. Quai André Bertrand
⦁ 10h00 vertrek rondrit ( een assistentie vrachtwagen volgt de groep met een voorraad 2T-mengeling ( 2,50€ de liter )).
⦁ Groepsfoto van de Vespisti aan de Citadel van Charlemont.
⦁ Rond 14u terugkomst op de kade Quai André Bertrand, sandwiches Arrosticini van bij Kasauria, aangeboden aan de Vespisti.
⦁ Verkiezing van de mooiste Vespa met uitreiking van de trofee.
⦁ 18h00 Afsluiting van de feestelijkheden van het Vespa-weekend.
